Case Study: Tradition Golf Club
Need: Tradition Golf Club needed a new way to show prospective members their beautiful course, all the club amenities, and the private real estate in the community. They needed to deliver this both online and in the mail.
Solution: We created a three tiered virtual version of the golf course, clubhouse, and featured real estate. Every inch of every hole is accessible through our 75 panorama golf tour. The club tour includes all the on-site amenities and even hidden mountain side views of the sunset. The real estate tour takes you through multiple houses and empty lots with links to the closest golf hole. We published the private tour with credentials on their site and then produced branded and packaged DVDs for them to mail out with the rest of their analog marketing materials.

Case Study: Negril Classic Resort & Spa
Need: Silverhawk Resorts is building a new resort in Negril, Jamaica called The Negril Classic to be completed in 2011. They needed a way to presell condo units before the construction was completed.
Solution: We built a microsite that takes the user through a fully realized version of the two bedroom suite and the front entrance of the resort. Full 360x180 views in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom reveal hand built photorealistic models that create a sense of reality and a glimpse into the lifestyle created by The Negril Classic.

Case Study: Manzitto Brothers
Need: Manzitto Bros needed a way to show properties to prospective buyers, show future construction, and to preserve their residential building work in high detail for their portfolio.
Solution: We have now produced numerous interactive home tours for multiple different Manzitto developments and built a portfolio microsite to showcase their work. We also created a previsualization walkthrough of retail space in their future development at The Preserve. We will continue to create high-end virtual tours of their properties and develop new ways to aid in the pre-construction process.

Need: (pk)flynn is growing and constantly changing and they needed a way to show their seasonal showroom to people all over the world.
Solution: We built them a new website centered around an interactive version of the store with featured products highlighted throughout the showroom. We come back and reshoot the store and new featured products with every major inventory change to keep the site fresh and current.

Need: Duncan Aviation needed a tool to help them sell a multi-million dollar private jet.
Solution: We produced a comprehensive interactive sales microsite for the Challenger 601 complete with certifications, exterior detail photos, aerial feature tour, dynamic spec sheet, and a beautiful interior virtual tour. The interior tour highlights materials, amenities, controls, cockpit details, layout options, and even a view from inside the innerworkings of the aircraft.
